  • Built an end-to-end design system for web and mobile products, with a token architecture structured in Figma variable modes so it could grow to multiple brands and themes.
  • Built the token pipeline from Figma to code: variables exported by a Figma plugin are compiled by GitHub Actions and Style Dictionary into CSS custom properties for Tailwind, cutting token updates from days to near-instant.
  • Designed and maintained a production-grade library of 87 accessible components (WCAG 2.2), with full documentation, versioning and automated releases.
  • Set up a Figma-to-code workflow that turns Figma component data into React and Vue components with AI, with a Supabase registry and parity checks between Figma and code.
  • Built DesignOps tooling with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor): a Figma plugin for linting and versioning, a TypeScript MCP server for AI agents and a custom Storybook-style component showcase in React on Vercel.
  • Ran governance and adoption across design, engineering and product: version tracking, token usage audits, visual regression testing, and documentation that lets each team use the system on its own.
